The fastest way to reach I Have Known You Guide is email. There is no form, no account and no support queue — one inbox, read by the person who writes the pages.

Put the page name or URL in the subject line if you are reporting a correction. It saves a round trip.
What to send here
| Reason | What helps |
|---|---|
| A factual correction | The page URL, what is wrong, and a source if you have one |
| A missing topic | What you were looking for and could not find |
| A screenshot or capture from the demo | The image, plus what it shows |
| A rights or takedown request | The image or text in question, and your relationship to it |
| A translation offer | The language, and whether you have done game-localisation work before |
What not to send here
- Game bug reports. I am not the developer and cannot fix the game. Send demo bugs to the developer through the Steam community hub for the app, where they will actually be seen.
- Purchase or refund questions. Those go to Steam Support, not to a fan site.
- Requests for game files, cracks or adult material. They are not answered.
Response times
Most emails get a reply within a couple of days. Corrections with a source are usually handled faster, because there is nothing to investigate — just a page to change.
If you do not hear back within a week, assume the email was missed rather than ignored, and send it again with the same subject line.
Corrections policy
A correction is published when the claim can be checked against an official source: the Steam store page, the developer's announcement, or the demo's own interface. If a claim cannot be checked, it is removed rather than softened.
That policy is why some pages on this site are shorter than you might expect. It is also why the pages carry a check date in the footer: a claim is only as good as the date it was verified.
About the site
I Have Known You Guide is an independent fan resource. It is not affiliated with Dotty Diaries, Steam or Valve, and it does not speak for them. More on how the site is put together is on the about page, and the data practices are on the privacy page.
If you are looking for the game itself, the Steam store page is the only official place to get it.
Press and creators
If you make videos or write about the game, you are welcome to use the reference pages here — the release facts, the cast list and the demo breakdown are all sourced and dated. A link back is appreciated but not required.
For interview requests, contact the developer rather than this site: Dotty Diaries is the studio, and this site has no relationship with them beyond covering the game.
What happens to your email
Messages are read by the person who maintains the site. Nothing is added to a mailing list, nothing is published without your say-so, and corrections are credited only if you ask to be.
If your email contains a screenshot or a capture, it is used to check the claim and then kept only as long as it takes to update the page.
Before you email
Three checks save a round trip.
Is the answer on the site? The FAQ covers release date, price, languages, platforms, demo contents and the adult framing. The guides index lists every page.
Is it a game problem? If the demo crashes, saves badly or will not launch, that is a developer issue — the Steam community hub for the app is where it gets seen.
Is it a rights issue? If an image or a quotation belongs to you and you want it removed, say so plainly and it will be handled. No legal letter required.
